Refund/Cancellation Policy

We accept returns within three (3) business days of receipt of your order if the items are unused and in a saleable condition or if the wrong item has been sent. If three (3) working days have passed since your purchase regrettably we cannot offer an exchange or credit.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday excluding UAE Public Holidays.

When returning an item within three (3) working days, simply send us an email to with the details of your purchase including the original invoice and share the reason for exchange or credit.

If approved, we require the product to be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition, sorry that means no animal hairs, food, slobber, dirt, grease marks or funky smells.

If the return is accepted we will provide you with a credit voucher (excluding the initial shipping cost), which you can use to purchase any product from DIGG.

Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges shown on the original invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. If the product has been damaged or lost during the return to DIGG, this is the full responsibility of the customer and no credit will be given.

If we receive the returned shipment as per the mentioned guidelines, and you are entitled to credit, we will send you an email with a promotion code that you can use when you place your next order.

Only faulty goods are eligible for a refund. Goods are considered faulty if they are damaged as new, or a fault becomes apparent during initial use. In this instance we can offer refunds or repair the item for you.

Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Pre-order and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
